You may enter any land line phone number from anywhere in Canada or Puerto Rico. The investigator will obtain the name and address associated with the phone number you provide. Please note that people can report any address they want for phone numbers. The reported address can be ANY address people want to use (a friend, relative, neighbor, PO Box, billing service, even another state). Some individuals may purposely report a fictional address.
