Please call the number before you request this search to ensure the cell phone number is still disconnected. If the cell phone is a prepaid phone the user might have been out of minutes previously. If the number has been reassigned since disconnected the investigator will return the billing address on file for the current party regardless if active or disconnected. Once a cell number has been reassigned, the investigator can no longer obtain the previous account holders information. If the cell phone was disconnected due to an unpaid balance, no information can be obtained by the investigator until the outstanding charges are paid.
