Credit Reports are Delivered in Electronic Format in your secure online account. If this is your first order with us, you will create a new account during the next few steps. If you already have an account, simply login during the checkout process.
You supply:
Subject Legal Name, Social Security Number, and a last known address or an address from within the past 2 - 10 years is required.

Your work or home phone number is also required 'no cell numbers' so we can call you to discuss case requirement. You must also fax a copy of a signed authorization to 760-454-7341.
If you do not have your own authorization form you may use our credit report authorization form example to put on your letterhead.

Guarantee: If we do not recieve a copy of a signed authorization the investigator will not release the credit report and your fee may be NON-REFUNDABLE if he started working your case. If the investigator is unable to provide a credit report you may request a $30 refund.
