If the cell phone is a prepaid phone the user might have been out of minutes previously. If the number has been reassigned since disconnected the investigator will return the billing address on file for the current party unless you specify the month and year for the research. If the cell phone was disconnected due to an unpaid balance the investigator may be unable to locate the information until the outstanding charges are paid.

Name and address of account holder from time frame (month and year) you requested when phone was active.

There is a non-refundable $30 "No-Hit - Case Filing Fee" charge from the investigator if absolutely no information can be located for the number provided. Balance is fully refundable or you can request a credit code for use towards other searches.
Please note that if the phone number you provide was a recycled cell phone number (i.e. a cell phone given to another party since disconnected) you must provide Month & Year you want researched. Otherwise you will receive the last owner found.
If number is a cell phone and is from a Pre-Paid account, the phone might seem like it is disconnected but could just be out of minutes. Your investigator may only be able to obtain Name & DOB from prepaid cell phone accounts. We can not guarantee an address will be obtained on pre-paid phones. |
