You may enter any cell phone number from Puerto Rico for this reverse cell phone search. The investigator will provide the actual cell phone owner's name and address.
Please note that owners of cell phones can use any address they want for their cell phone number. Since cell phones are not physically tied to a residential or business address or the owner, they can be used by anyone and the address on file can be ANY address the owner wants to use (a friend, relative, neighbor, PO Box, even to another state). Cell phone owners trying to hide from debtors or involved in criminal activity may also purposely report a fictional address.
