Do not request information on minors, government officials, or celebrities. Investigators search proprietary publicly available systems and cross reference research to locate SSN info. Recently issued SSNs (a recent immigrant or child) would not be found. SSN information can not be located on someone in the US illegally, not in the USA for the last 10 years, using a work visa, deceased, celebrities, government official, or children.
