You will receive the employers name and address and the last reported wages (if available) for your subject. The Employers Name & Address that reported wages during the last reported quarter (most recent reporting period); and if available - the business phone & wage info.
NOTE: Your assigned investigator will search for the employer that reported wages for your subject in the state you provided as primary residence or state of residence during the last reporting quarter. If you think subject is employed in a specific state other than residence, specify that state in the comments. You may request additional states be searched during the investigation at the rate of $40 per additional state.

There is a non-refundable $30 "No-Hit Case Filing Fee and SSN lookup fee" charge from the investigator if no wages were reported for your subject during the last reported quarter and the investigator is unable to provide the employers name and/or business address. You are eligible for a refund less the $30 No-Hit Fee. If any wages are found and employer name is provided, no refund is available. No SSN information found during the investigation can be released. This search does not guarantee your subject is still employed.
